“NOT happy with my last two appointments! I had an appointment in October and was on my way to the center. I live 1 hour away and was driving when I received a text that they had to cancel my appointment. They did not even give me the courtesy of a phone call. Needless to say I was very inconvenienced. I did however reschedule and received my injections, not seeing any results after 2-3 weeks. I called to have a followup appointment and was promised a phone call from the owner which never happened. I made an appointment last week for today 12/10 at 12:00. I received a text at 8:00 this morning saying my appointment was moved to tomorrow at 12:00 which again was VERY inconvenient. I called and texted them after they cancelled my appointment and did not receive any reply. I feel Aesthetic Center is not thoughtful or caring to me as their patient and I will not be returning as a customer.”
